We accept payments via credit card and PayPal.  Items are shipped once paid for in full.  Items must be shipped to the billing address provided.


All items over $1000 are shipped via FedEx overnight service and include full insurance.  Packages will require an adult signature. 

Please note shipping delivery times are not controlled or guaranteed by Brockton.  International order delivery times may vary as they will depend on International border controls and customs delays may be experienced.  Buyer is responsible for verifying there are no local import restrictions.  

Returns & Sales Terms

We accept returns on non-altered items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt.  In order to receive a return refund you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to make return arrangements.  Customers are responsible for shipping, insurance, duties and any additional taxes or tariffs that might be charged to Brockton in order to accept the return.    

Sorry we do not accept returns on custom orders and can not provide a warranty on vintage items. 

Taxes & Duties

Canadian residents will be charged the sales tax applicable in the Province or Territory where your item will be delivered.  You the buyer are solely responsible for confirming and paying any taxes, duties or brokerage fees that may be payable in addition to the purchase price.  These additional fees will not appear on your Brockton invoice but may be collected before delivery of your item. The website is a helpful resource.

In general, for United States orders no duty will be payable on antiques over 100 years old or items whose declared value is under $200.  Some exceptions apply.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm.   

Layaway & Financing

We offer flexible layaway plans.  Generally, a 20% non-refundable deposit of the full purchase price is required with the balance due within 60 to 120 days. Items will ship when fully paid.  Please contact us to arrange a payment plan before you purchase the item.
